Been looking for a 2BHK in Noida for 6 months now. Sector 36, Greater Noida mein ek flat pasand aaya hai. Builder quotes ₹85L for a 2BHK. Yeh prices justified hain kya? Yaar, bohot zyada lag rahe hain. Daily life wahan kaisi hai? Families ke liye safe hai? Koi hidden costs ya issues hain jo pata nahi chal rahe? Thoda negotiation ho sakta hai kya? Please batao, I'm genuinely confused.
