Sector 37: Are prices justified for the reality?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting and considering Sector 37. Everyone glorifies its location, but nobody talks about the actual ground reality. Are 2BHKs really worth 1.2 Cr+ there? And what about the monsoon waterlogging? Is it a real daily struggle or just exaggerated? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! I'm also looking at Sector 37 and the prices are just insane for what it offers. 1.2 Cr for a 2BHK? Bhai, it's not even prime Golf Course Road. Plus, the societies look so congested, no open space. And the waterlogging stories are everywhere. Made me seriously reconsider, especially since my budget is already stretched.
