Sector 37 — everyone talks about its prime location, but honestly, nobody mentions the actual safety vibe. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹95L, but my parents keep saying older sectors are safer. Is Sector 37 actually safe for families, especially after dark? I've heard some mixed things about evening walks. Seems like a big factor for first-time buyers, and I'm not sure if the 'prime' tag covers everything. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with you! My parents also raised this. I visited a project in Sector 37 last month, and while it looks fancy during the day, the vibe after 8 PM was definitely a bit off. Roads felt deserted in some pockets, and street lighting wasn't consistent. I'm also a first-time buyer looking at similar budget, and safety for family is non-negotiable. I even heard about a couple of snatching incidents last year near the boundary road. Prime location is good, but basic safety pe compromise nahi kar sakte.
