Sector 37 Noida Extension: Real resident experience on daily life?

Been paying rent for ages in Noida, and I'm finally fed up. Landlord increased it again, so I'm seriously looking to buy in Sector 37, Noida Extension. Pura area peaceful lagta hai, with those independent houses and builder floors. My main concern is daily convenience. How's the food scene there, yaar? Matlab, good sabzi mandi, local shops, supermarkets? Aur eating out options kaise hain? Any hidden gems or must-try places? Also, what about delivery apps, do they cover the whole sector well?
