Sector 37 prices are way too inflated, change my mind.
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Chandigarh mein property dekh raha hoon, specifically Sector 37. From my experience, prices yahan bahut jump kar gaye hain. I'm seeing 3BHKs asking ₹1.8-2 Cr. Is this price justified for an older, developed sector? Yaar, lagta hai overvalued hai. Kisi ko negotiation ka experience hai yahan? Kya sahi rate mil sakta hai? My main concern is resale value. Agar 3-5 saal baad exit karna pade, will it be easy to sell at a good ROI, considering the high entry price? Aur parking ka issue kitna real hai? Old sectors mein parking bahut tough hoti hai, daily battle toh nahi hogi na? Any insight on the actual resident life and civic issues would be really helpful, before I make a calculated risk.

Yaar, totally agree with the post! I'm also looking in Chandigarh, and Sector 37 ke rates sunke toh hosh ud gaye. Mere budget mein toh kuch accha mil hi nahi raha. Lagta hai developers bas inflate kar rahe hain artificially.
Haan bhai, same here! I thought 1.5 Cr max for a 3BHK, but 2 Cr is just too much. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
