Sector 37C Sohna: My thoughts after site visits

Sohna Sector 37C prices feel really steep right now. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in 37C. Already have a home loan. Is the price jump justified? What's daily life actually like there? Any thoughts on investment potential for 3-5 years?

Bhai, aap sahi keh rahe ho. I visited a couple of projects there last month. Builders toh aise quotes de rahe hain jaise prime Golf Course Extension Road ho. Signature Global ka 3BHK toh 1.3 Cr se upar ja raha hai! Kya yeh justified hai for Sohna?

Yaar, I totally agree. Sector 37C ke prices toh out of control lag rahe hain. Budget pura hil jayega, investment bhi risky lag rahi hai. Kya karein?
