Is Sector 37D actually safe for families, especially after dark? Everyone talks about the upcoming infra, but nobody really discusses daily safety for women or kids there. My parents keep saying new areas can be sketchy at night. Is it really that bad, or just typical Gurgaon paranoia? And what about schools nearby? I heard there aren't many established ones, and the hospitals are a bit far out... is that true? I'm honestly not sure if the 'potential' outweighs current practical issues for a young family. I feel like a lot of the talk around 37D glosses over these basic living concerns, focusing only on ROI. Change my mind, because right now, I'm finding it hard to justify.

Exactly my thoughts! I visited 37D last month for a site visit, and honestly, after sunset, it felt quite isolated. The main roads are okay, but the inner lanes near some projects were dark. My wife is super worried about this, especially with our daughter. It's not just paranoia, it's a genuine concern about daily living.
