₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 37D — is this the new normal? I'm looking at Signature Global City there, and prices feel quite stretched. Dwarka Expressway almost done, but I'm wondering if the appreciation is already factored in. From my experience, ROI needs serious growth from here. What's the community's take on its 3-5 year investment potential? Lagta hai prices already peak pe hain, ya aur badhenge? Should I wait?
