₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 38 feels steep, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK nearby but thinking of upgrading. Is this price justified for the Medanta area, considering the premium? I'm wondering about the actual investment potential here over 3-5 years. Everyone talks about the location but what's the real daily life like? Is the traffic around NH-48 still a nightmare during peak hours? And water supply, is it reliable or is it mostly tanker dependent? Not sure if the price jump is worth these potential headaches.

Totally agree, U1! 2.8 Cr sounds insane for Sector 38, even with Medanta nearby. My budget is around 2 Cr and I'm struggling to find anything decent in a good location. Is anyone actually paying this much, or is this just builder quoting high?
U2, unfortunately, yes. My cousin recently closed a deal for 2.7 Cr in a resale in Sector 38. He says it's because of the demand from doctors and hospital staff who want to live super close
