Sector 38 mein safety overrated hai? Change my mind.

Okay I'll say what no one else will: Sector 38's safety is a bit overrated. Everyone glorifies it as super safe, but nobody talks about the petty theft. I'm planning to move there, kids have moved out and don't need such a big place anymore. Want something manageable with an elevator, near a good hospital. Resale of existing property is the plan. But honestly, walking around at night, it doesn't always feel that secure. Stray dogs bhi bahut hain. Is it just me? Maybe I'm too used to my current area. Maintenance charges high sunne mein aa rahe hain. So, sector 38 residents, am I wrong? Tell me why. Change my mind.
