Sector 38 safety at night – is it really safe?

Sector 38 mein thinking of buying a flat, but I'm a bit worried about safety. I work late, so I'd be coming home around 11 PM sometimes. I've heard mixed reviews online. Some say it's pretty safe, others say it can be risky, especially for women. My parents keep saying I should prioritize safety over everything else. Honestly not sure what to believe. Also, how reliable is the power situation? Can't deal with constant power cuts. Is it worth investing here considering these factors? What's the ground reality? Any opinions would be helpful!
