Sector 38 Sohna is overrated for families.

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at Sohna, specifically Sector 38 near Medanta. As someone who works in real estate, I know builders only show the good stuff, not the real daily grind. My main concern hai yahan ki actual resident life. Medanta pass hai, toh medical facilities toh acchi honghi, but what about general safety, especially for kids? Is it family-friendly at night? Aur traffic ka kya scene hai Sohna Road pe, during peak hours? Builders tell you connectivity is great, but real ground reality kya hai? Kisi ka experience hai yahan pe?
