Sector 39 ki maintenance aur community vibes ka sach
Kids have moved out, so selling our big house is finally happening. Budget set for a compact 2BHK in Sector 39, Noida. I need something manageable, low maintenance, aur achhe hospital ke paas. Everyone glorifies Sector 39 ki prime location aur Fortis jaise hospitals, but nobody talks about the actual maintenance charges. Main sunn raha hu kuch societies mein RWA kaafi active hai, but charges bhi utne hi high, like ₹4-5/sqft. Is it worth it for the amenities, ya bas naam ka "prime" hai? After living in an independent house, I'm worried about society politics aur hidden costs. Aur community feel kaisa hai wahan? Log apne mein rehte ya neighbours se interaction hota hai, especially in older, established complexes? Mujhe ek peaceful vibe chahiye. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, maintenance charges ka toh sach mein darr lagta hai. 4-5/sqft is no joke, especially for a 2BHK. Upar se independent house se aa rahe ho, toh society rules bhi new honge. Sahi pakda hai.
Bilkul sahi kaha! Builders pehle bade bade amenities dikhate hain, but baad mein RWA ke haath mein aate hi charges badh jaate hain. Mera friend Alpha II, Greater Noida mein hai, wahan bhi same kahani.
