Sector 39 Noida: Good for families & investment?

Thinking of moving to Sector 39, Noida. What's the real deal? Is it actually family-friendly? Heard the connectivity is good, especially with the metro. What's your experience with traffic? Also, what about property prices? Are they likely to appreciate? Is it a good investment now, or should I wait? Any insights on the rental market there? I'm mainly concerned about safety too. Any thoughts?
