Sector 4 maintenance: Gaursons bait-and-switch
Just moved into a society in Sector 4, Noida Extension last month and I'm already pulling my hair out. The builder, Gaursons, promised a lot about RWA efficiency and maintenance costs. But honestly, it feels like a total bait-and-switch. We're paying almost ₹5 per sqft, which is way higher than what was informally discussed during booking. And for what? The gym equipment is constantly broken, and the common area cleaning is so inconsistent. Plus, there were so many unexpected charges after possession that weren't clearly laid out. Like the 'corpus fund' that was much higher than anticipated. It feels like they just want to squeeze every last rupee. Are other Gaursons residents or folks in Sector 4 facing similar RWA issues? What did you guys do about it?

Yaar, I totally feel you! We booked in Gaursons Hi-Tech and the maintenance promises were so glossy, but reality hit hard after possession. ₹5 per sqft is seriously high for Sector 4, especially when services are shoddy. They showed us a fancy clubhouse during booking, ab toh gym equipment bhi theek se nahi chalta. Did you complain to RERA or builder's customer care?
