Sector 4 metro claims are overhyped?

Spent the morning checking out Sector 4, Greater Noida. The Aqua Line extension future looks promising, but current metro connectivity ka kya scene hai? Daily commute mein kitna time lagta hai from here? I know what builders say, but what's the actual ground reality for residents? Is it worth it for self-use?
