Spent Sunday checking options in Sector 4 Rohini. Garur Enterprises quoted ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Negotiation felt impossible; they wouldn't budge. Is it always this rigid here? Any tips for hidden costs?

Bhai, ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 4 Rohini sounds way too high, especially if they're not budging. Garur Enterprises ka track record bhi utna solid nahi hai, I've heard. Did you check other properties in the same sector?
