Did a site visit to Emperium Palm Drive in Sector 41 Saturday. Builder quoted a 3BHK at ₹2.2 Cr but the floor rise premium and PLC for a higher floor felt ridiculous. Matlab, is that extra charge really worth it for future appreciation? Or should I just look at secondary market deals for better value? I know the games but this still bugs me.

Totally agree with you! Emperium Palm Drive ka toh naam suna hai, but this pricing is insane. I recently checked out a project near Airport Road
Bhai, 2.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 41, that too with ridiculous floor rise? Ye toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain, aur yeh sunke toh aur darr lag raha hai. Secondary market mein shayad better deals mil jaayengi, especially for that price point.
