Sector 41 monsoon reality check — what am I missing?

3 site visits during monsoon in Sector 41 confirmed my concerns. Waterlogging is a real issue in several areas, impacting road conditions and daily commute. Power cuts also spike during heavy rains, and not all DG backups are reliable. From my experience, assessing drainage and utility reliability firsthand, especially during adverse weather, is vital. It's a hidden cost if you don't check. Any specific sub-sectors perform better?

Totally agree with your monsoon reality check! I visited Sector 41 last week during that heavy downpour, and it was a nightmare. Roads near the main market were practically small rivers. My broker kept saying 'Sir, ye toh bas temporary hai,' but it looked pretty permanent to me. I was looking at a project by ABC Builders there, and their basement parking was also looking a bit... damp. Have others faced similar issues in Sector 41, or is it just bad luck with my visits? It's really making me reconsider.
