Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 41, and honestly, I'm a bit concerned. Everyone glorifies this area for its quiet vibe and good schools, but nobody talks about the waterlogging issue I keep hearing about. Friends living nearby say monsoon mein roads become rivers, it's a nightmare for daily commute. Is this really true? Matlab, is it just certain pockets or the whole sector? My parents keep saying infrastructure matters, and this sounds like a big red flag. Should I be worried about buying a flat here? Change my mind.

Dekho, har jagah thoda bahut waterlogging toh hota hi hai monsoon mein. Sector 41 mein shayad kuch specific low-lying areas honge. Poore sector ko badnaam karna theek nahi. Maine toh itni badi problem nahi dekhi wahan.
Sahi pakda hai bhai! Sector 41 ka waterlogging issue bahut serious hai. Har monsoon mein yahi haal hota hai, specially main roads pe. Yeh koi choti baat nahi hai for a first-time buyer.
