Sector 42 healthcare access feels a bit overrated.

Kids moved out, so we're eyeing Sector 42 for a smaller flat. My wife needs really good, quick hospital access. Is getting to good medical facilities easy from there? Or is it a daily traffic battle for appointments?

Sector 42? Healthcare access is fine *if* you don't mind the traffic. Otherwise, prepare for a battle, especially for critical needs.

Totally feel you on this! We're also looking at Sector 42 for similar reasons – downsizing and proximity to amenities. Healthcare access is a huge deal for us too. I heard Artemis is close, but the traffic near Golf Course Road can be a nightmare during peak hours. Is it really manageable for daily visits or emergencies?
