Sector 43 — been eyeing properties here but need a reality check on the commute. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at a 3BHK, budget around ₹2.5 Cr. The metro connectivity looks great on paper, but what's the ground reality for daily office travel to Cyber City? Is it genuinely smooth or crowded? Also, what's the traffic situation like around the sector, especially for school runs? I'm worried about getting stuck. And honestly, what are the maintenance charges like? Are the RWAs effective or just charging for nothing? Builders always gloss over this. Need some off-the-record opinions from actual residents.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Sector 43 looks so good on paper, but I have the exact same doubts. My budget is also similar, and I'm constantly worried about the commute to Cyber City. Metro looks great, par kya woh first-mile/last-mile connectivity ka issue nahi hoga? Plus, morning traffic near DLF Golf Course Road is already a nightmare. School runs ke liye toh soch ke hi darr lag raha hai. Kya koi actual resident bata sakta hai ki kitna time lagta hai peak hours mein?
