Is Dwarka Expressway completion *actually* going to push prices up near Sector 43, ya bas marketing hype hai? I just moved into Sector 43 three months back, possession was in March, and things nobody told me... This 'imminent completion' for Dwarka Expressway feels like a never-ending story. Builder talks a lot about how it'll boost values, especially in areas like ours, but how much can you rely on something that's been delayed for so long? I mean, Global City ka bhi same scene lag raha hai, just announcements. Is the promised timeline for these big infra projects realistic, or will they keep dragging, eating away at potential capital appreciation? Disagree? Tell me why.
