Sector 43 property prices are just too high now

Sector 43 mein property prices overvalued lagte hain. Just bought a 3BHK, ab soch raha hoon resale value ya investment potential kitna hai. Kya future appreciation milegi?

Yaar, Sector 43 mein toh rates sky-high lag rahe hain. I was looking there too, but my budget just wouldn't stretch. Lagta hai ab appreciation ka scope kam hi hai, already peak pe hai shayad. What do you guys think?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Meri bhi same problem thi. Ab toh lagta hai Sector 43 sirf investors ke liye hai, first-time buyers ke liye mushkil hai. Prices are just too steep.
