Sector 44 living: water, traffic, and high maintenance?

Just moved into Sector 44 last month and it's been a mix. Society toh acchi hai, but water supply ka issue lag raha. Borewell water is the norm, I guess? Aur morning traffic Cyber City side bohot heavy hai. Is this normal ya main wrong time pe nikalta hoon? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high hain, is it worth it?
