Sector 44 mein waterlogging ka kya scene hai?

Honestly not sure about investing in Sector 44, Noida. I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. I heard baarish mein Sector 44 mein kaafi waterlogging hoti hai. Is it true? I saw some houses I liked, but I'm worried about the monsoon. Drainage system kaisa hai? And road conditions? It's a major concern for me. Anyone living there, can you share your experiences? Meri family ke liye problem na ho.

Haan yaar, I've heard the same. Sector 44 mein thoda issue toh hai. Especially near the main road, I've seen water accumulate during heavy rains. But it usually clears up pretty quickly. Depends on the exact location I guess.
