Sector 44 RWA charges are a hidden trap

Since moving into Sector 44 three months ago, I've realized RWA maintenance charges are way higher than quoted. The parking situation is also a daily battle, especially for visitors. Things nobody tells you during site visits. What are your tips for negotiating these or finding better solutions? Hope this helps someone.
