Sector 45: Everyone talks green, nobody talks water!

I'm based in Dubai and looking at investing in Sector 45. Everyone glorifies the green cover, but what's the REAL water situation? Heard whispers about tanker dependency. Is municipal water reliable, or is it all borewell? Also, resale market seems hot. Can you actually sell easily if needed? Need a property manager, tbh. Change my mind about the water crisis, please.
