Since last Diwali, I've been seriously checking out flats in Gurugram, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya yaar. Sector 45 kaafi explore kiya hai, but ek doubt hai. Property prices yahan sky-high lagte hain, especially for a 3BHK, like ₹2.5 Cr+ for something decent. Is it justified, considering monsoon mein waterlogging ka issue rehta hai? I saw some videos last year, roads were completely submerged. Plus, resale market ka kya scene hai? Agar future mein shift karna pada, easily bik jayega kya? Am I overthinking the waterlogging, ya it's a real concern for residents?

Totally relate bhai! Mera bhi yahi haal hai. Rent badhte jaa raha hai aur ghar ka sapna door hota jaa raha hai. Sector 45 ki location achhi hai no doubt, but woh 2.5 Cr+ sunke hi BP high ho jaata hai. Waterlogging ka darr toh genuine hai, Gurugram mein har saal ka problem hai.
