Sector 45 reality check: Metro, water, and RWA

I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Sector 45 looks good on paper – metro connectivity *sahi hai*. But off the record, how bad is the water situation *yaar*? I've heard conflicting things. Municipal water comes, but kitna? And is it clean enough? Also, what about the RWA? Are the maintenance charges worth it? Honestly not sure if I should buy here. Has anyone else faced water issues? Am I the only one concerned about the RWA's effectiveness? What's the real deal that builders won't tell you? Should I even bother investing here or look elsewhere in Noida? Any advice?
