Sector 45 safety issues: Are we ignoring them?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Everyone keeps pushing Sector 45 for its metro connectivity and "established" vibe, but honestly, I'm not convinced about the safety aspect, especially for a young family. People talk about the great ROI and everything, but what about actual daily living? Is it really safe for women at night, or for kids playing outside? My parents keep saying it's too congested and might not be as secure as newer sectors. I've heard mixed things, and it makes me wonder if the resale value is actually justified if you factor in these concerns. I mean, what's the point of appreciation if you're constantly worried? Is this just an old perception, or does Sector 45 actually have safety issues that no one really talks about openly? Change my mind.
