Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 46, Noida. What do you think about the area? Location wise toh central lagta hai, but is it really well-connected? Metro station nearby hai kya? Mujhe pata chahiye property prices aur trends kya hain? Is it a good time to buy? Rental yield kaisi hai Sector 46 mein? Also, safety aur security ka kya scene hai? Has anyone experienced any issues there? Any suggestions on good societies or builders in that area? Kya kisi ko waterlogging problems pata hai? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
