Sector 46 Noida: Living there, good or bad?

So, I'm thinking of moving to Sector 46, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, how's the water and electricity situation there? I heard it's pretty peaceful, but what about safety at night? And what are the property rates like currently? I'm looking for a 2BHK. Connectivity wise, is it easy to get autos? Mujhe advice chahiye! Is it a good place to invest in for the long term? What do you think?
