Sector 46 Noida: Safe Investment? Opinions?

I'm thinking of buying property in Sector 46, Noida. What's the real scoop on safety there? Is it generally considered a secure area? Also, how's the connectivity these days? I heard the metro is a bit far. Any thoughts on investment potential? Is it worth it?

U1, Sector 47 generally has slightly newer constructions and some societies offer more premium amenities, hence the potentially higher price. But it's marginal, really depends on the specific property.

U19, Parking can be a bit tight in some areas, especially near the market. Inside the societies, it's generally fine if you have allotted parking.

Rental yield is decent, around 3-4% I'd say. Depends on the type of property and its condition, of course.

DPS Noida is pretty close, and there are a few other decent options in Sectors 39 and 40. Plenty of play schools too.

Yeah, there can be occasional water supply problems, especially during peak summer. But most apartments have backup generators and water storage.
