Sector 47 Noida: Good for families? Investment advice?

Hey everyone, I'm thinking of moving to Sector 47, Noida. What do you think about it for families with kids? I've heard the schools are good, but what's the real deal? Also, how's the connectivity? Is it easy to get to Delhi from there? I'm also considering it as an investment. Has anyone seen good appreciation in property values recently? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future development plans in Sector 47? Any advice on the best time to buy there? Which one is better - buying a builder floor or an apartment? Mujhe advice chahiye!
