I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 47, thinking of upgrading to a villa. Prices seem high! Is the price jump worth it, yaar? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase. What's the resale value like if I need to sell later? Heard waterlogging is an issue during monsoon. True? Anyone living in a villa there can share their experience? Mujhe advice chahiye.
