Sector 48 hidden charges are a total ripoff

Sector 48, Gurgaon – honestly, I'm shocked by the hidden charges after moving in. My 3BHK was supposed to be ₹2.2 Cr, but the final bill had so many unexpected add-ons. I'm talking about club membership fees, extra PLC, and 'development charges' jo pehle bataye nahi the. From my experience, ye sab baad mein pata chalta hai. It's almost 5-7% extra. Has anyone else faced such surprises with builders here? What did you do to challenge them?
