Looking at Sector 48 in Noida. What's the real deal? How's the connectivity to Delhi? I'm wondering about the safety and security for families. Has anyone experienced any issues there? Also, what about the investment potential? Property prices seem reasonable now. Do you think they'll appreciate much in the next 5 years?
