Sector 48 prices: The real deal or just hype?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices. Kids have moved out, so selling our big house for a compact flat in Sector 48. But honestly, the prices for even older societies are just insane, especially with high maintenance. Okay, I'll say what no one says: is Sector 48 *really* worth this much, ya it's just hype? What about resale value later? Change my mind.
