Sector 48 residents, what's the real ground reality?
My lease ends in 3 months, and I'm finally done with renting. The EMI vs. rent math is finally making sense. I'm seriously looking at a 2BHK in Sector 48, Gurgaon. I've seen a few places there, prices feel a bit high, but it seems well-connected. My main concern is the actual daily grind. Is the traffic during peak hours as bad as it seems, or are there clever shortcuts? Also, what's the water situation like there? Relying on tankers would be a deal-breaker. And how effective are the RWAs in Sector 48? Are maintenance charges justified, or just another headache? Honestly not sure if it's the right move, but I need to decide soon. Anyone living there, what's your honest opinion on the real resident life? What would you say are the most underrated or overrated things about Sector 48?
