Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 49, Noida. What do you think about the area's potential? Is it better for investment or living? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the appreciation in property prices there? Also, how's the connectivity? I heard the metro is a bit far. What's your experience with the nearby schools and hospitals?
