Sector 49's 'family-friendly' tag is completely overrated for kids.

I'm looking at upgrading to a 3BHK here for my growing family. My wife's priority is a safe, engaging neighborhood for our children. But honestly, site visits have been a bit disappointing. Brochure mein toh sab green spaces aur community vibes dikhate hain, but ground pe kya sach hai? Are the parks actually safe for kids after school? What's the real community feel like? We need good schools nearby, of course, but also a place where kids can actually play without us worrying constantly. Is it just me, or is the reality different from the marketing hype for families here? What are people's experiences with neighbor interaction and general safety for kids? Kisi aur ko bhi laga kya ki expectations aur reality mein farak hai?
