₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 50 feels steep, especially considering local infrastructure. I'm in real estate, so I know the market, but buying for my own family makes me extra cautious. Looking at Sector 50 properties now. Yahan traffic ka kya haal hai peak hours mein? Parking space ka issue toh nahi rehta, especially for two cars? Builders like SBP ya Godrej ki projects mein water supply consistent hai kya? I've heard some areas struggle with municipal water. Any specific issues with power cuts ya drainage during monsoon? Builders ka track record kaisa hai in terms of maintenance?

Bhai, traffic ka haal toh mat hi पूछो. Peak hours mein nikalna mushkil ho jaata hai. Parking bhi tight hai, especially if you have visitors.
Totally agree with the original post! ₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 50 is just too much, especially when you see the roads and general upkeep. Meri bhi family hai, aur safety aur convenience sabse pehle aati hai. I've been eyeing properties there but these infrastructure issues always make me hesitant. Is there really no alternative nearby with better value?
