Sector 50 mein resale deals ka kya scene hai?
₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 50, new projects are asking even more. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders like The Uppal Group don't budge much on new rates. Secondary market deals mein kya negotiation scope zyada hota hai? Resale properties mein better bargain mil sakta hai? Also, yeh floor rise premium, PLC ka kya scene hai? Worth it hai ya bas extra charge?

Yaar, Sector 50 mein 80 lakh for a 2BHK is wild! I'm also a first-time buyer and my budget is similar, but I was looking at areas like Mullanpur Garibdass. Resale mein negotiate karna toh possible lagta hai, but darr lagta hai ki kuch hidden issues na ho. New projects ke rates toh sunke hi hosh udd jaate hain.
