My landlord just increased rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy. Been looking at Sector 50 in Chandigarh, budget ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a 2BHK. It seems like a decent area, proximity to workplaces sahi hai. But monsoon time mein waterlogging ka bahut sunne ko milta hai. Is it really that bad? Matlab, roads aur societies ke andar pani bhar jata hai kya? I don't want to get stuck in a situation jahaan every monsoon stress ho. Yaar, road conditions bhi isse affect hoti hain na? Also, general civic cleanliness kaisa hai? Thinking about Godrej projects there, unka drainage system kaisa hai? Any current residents, please share your experience, worth the headache or not? Honestly not sure if it's a deal-breaker.
