Sector 50 Noida: Investment karna sahi rahega?

Sector 50 mein property rates kaise hain? I'm thinking of investing. Has anyone experienced good appreciation there? Metro connectivity toh achhi hai, but what about waterlogging? Is it a problem during rains? Also, which schools are really good nearby? Mujhe advice chahiye, please share your experiences. Kya ROI milega?
