Sector 50 Noida mein investment karna kaisa rahega? Metro connectivity achi hai kya? Schools ke aas pass property rates kya chal rahe hain? Living ke liye better hai ya investment ke liye? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Sector 50 is good if you want peace of mind and a well-established locality. If you're looking for high returns, look elsewhere.
One thing to keep in mind is the maintenance charges. Some societies in Sector 50 have very high maintenance charges. Check before you buy.
So, what did you decide? Did you invest in Sector 50 or are you looking elsewhere?
Property rates are rising everywhere due to increased demand and construction costs. Sector 50 is no exception.
Consider the rental yield as well. Sector 50 has good rental potential due to its proximity to offices and schools.
Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm leaning towards Sector 50 for living, but will explore other options for investment.
Has anyone looked at resale options in Sector 50? Are they a better deal than new projects?
RERA registration number check karo before investing in any project. It's a must!
Living ke liye toh best hai, but investment? Maybe consider Sector 75 or 78. They have more potential for growth right now.
Mera bhi same experience tha. Invested in a project in Sector 50 thinking it was a sure thing. Returns are okay, but not amazing.
Don't just look at the price per sqft. Check the amenities completion and the builder's track record. I made that mistake and now I'm regretting it.
I think Sector 50 is a good balance of investment and living. It's not the highest return, but it's a stable and comfortable place to live.
Totally depends on your budget and risk appetite. Sector 50 is safe, but not necessarily the most profitable investment.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 50 three years ago. Prices have gone up, but not as much as I expected. Rental income is decent though.
Possession mila kya on time? Which project are you in?
Metro connectivity is excellent. Sector 50 station is right there. Makes commuting to Delhi very easy.
Be careful which project you choose. Some builders have a bad reputation for delays and poor construction quality. Do your research!

Bhai, Sector 50 is a good location, no doubt. Metro connectivity toh solid hai. But property rates are already high. Investment ke liye, maybe Sector 150 would be better?
Sector 150 is too far bhai. Connectivity is still developing. Sector 50 is more established.
Sector 150 mein bhi traffic jam bahut hota hai. Access roads are narrow. Think carefully.
I live in Sector 50. It's great for families, good schools nearby. But investment-wise, the returns might not be as high as other sectors.
Schools ke aas pass, expect to pay around 12-15k per sqft. Depends on the builder and the project.
