Since last Diwali, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK in Sector 50. Wahan prices kaafi high lag rahe hain. Is the premium justified for actual resident life? Kya investment potential 3-5 saal mein strong hai? Already have a home loan; not sure if this price jump is worth it.
