Sector 51 Noida mein property lene ka soch raha hu. Kya aap logon ko pata hai yahan ka investment potential kaisa hai? I mean, ROI kitna mil sakta hai? Has anyone experienced price appreciation in Sector 51 recently? Also, connectivity kaisi hai? Metro station nazdeek hai kya? I heard schools and hospitals bhi paas mein hain, is that true? What's your take on the overall lifestyle and community feel in Sector 51? Mujhe advice chahiye, should I consider investing here or look elsewhere? Kya yahan rental yield achha hai?
