Sector 51 Noida: Safe for senior citizens?

Okay, I'll be honest, selling our big house is emotional, but the kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking at Sector 51 for a smaller flat, maybe 2BHK. Want something manageable. Safety is key for us. How is the night security there, especially near the metro? Also, what about hospitals nearby? Any good ones for emergencies? Resale of our existing property is funding this, so budget's tight. Koi idea hai?
